Our History
Fair Housing Properties is a single-member LLC that provides a wide range of real estate services for buyers, sellers, and investors, including real estate investing holdings throughout Houston and surrounding counties. The minority-owned company was established in July 2008 by our broker, Shannon Jones. Shannon began her real estate career in 2004 as a licensed real estate agent, providing purchase opportunities for investors and creating opportunities for middle-to-low-income homebuyers and tenants. During this period, Shannon also maintained an inventory of HUD foreclosure properties. Since 2008, Fair Housing Properties has managed properties and subcontracted to perform various property preservation services. These include clean-outs, landscaping, and securing numerous construction tasks on residential and commercial properties.
